Batch No. 5
The Last Batch
Final studio album. Warmer, slower, reflective. Recorded in September 1987 in the same Canyon Boulevard church basement where First Proof was tracked. The final track runs eleven minutes and ends with the sound of an oven timer. The cover is a photograph of an empty folding table on a mountain morning, with a single cake plate and one remaining slice.
